5-Year Price Lock Terms & Conditions

The 5-Year Price Lock (“Price Lock”) is available only to new residential customers who have not previously subscribed to Fastwyre Broadband services, and who reside in areas where Fastwyre Broadband fiber internet service is available (“Eligible Fiber Markets”). The 5 Year price lock not available in AL, LA, & TX markets. Only one Price Lock is available per customer, regardless of the number of accounts, services, or properties associated with the customer. Under the Price Lock, the monthly rate for the customer’s fiber internet service will remain fixed for five years from the date of initial installation and activation of service (“Price Lock Period”). The Price Lock applies solely to fiber internet services. It does not include any additional equipment or services, such as TV, phone, or other products offered by Fastwyre Broadband. In addition, taxes, fees, surcharges, and any other applicable charges are not included in the Price Lock and are subject to change during the Price Lock Period. Customers may adjust their fiber internet service product selection (e.g., change to a different speed or plan) during the Price Lock Period. The customer’s monthly price will adjust up or down to reflect the price of the new product as specified in Fastwyre Broadband’s current rate card for the fiber market at the time of the change. However, the Price Lock Period remains tied to the original five-year term and does not restart or extend due to changes in product selection. The adjusted price for the new product will remain locked for the remainder of the original Price Lock Period. The Price Lock does not apply to customers who transfer or move their service outside of Eligible Fiber Markets. If a customer cancels or terminates their fiber internet service during the Price Lock Period, the Price Lock will be void, and the customer will not be eligible to reinstate the Price Lock if service is reactivated. Fastwyre Broadband reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and determine whether an address is within an Eligible Fiber Market. Fastwyre Broadband reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Lock at any time; provided, any such action will not affect customers already enrolled in the Price Lock for the remainder of the Price Lock Period. By subscribing to Fastwyre Broadband fiber internet under the Price Lock, customers agree to these terms and conditions in addition to Fastwyre Broadband’s general terms and conditions of service.
