Awarded ReConnect IV Grant of ~ $35M to:

  • Build ~320 miles of fiber and provide 100 Mbps symmetrical high-speed broadband service to ~ 290 households passed in the grant footprint.

  • Communities are in some of the most remote, rugged, and culturally diverse geographic areas in the United States

  • None of these communities are accessible by road

    Identify Engineering Firm, Environmental Consultant & Archaeologist – In Process

    RUS Project Kick-Off – Complete

    Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Notification that Environmental Review – Start Date TBD

    – No work on the projects can occur until the successful completion of the environmental review
    – Any findings that environmental review requires significant changes to the project will result in the termination of the project

    Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Notification that Environmental Review is Complete

    – Within 60 days of environmental review completion, the Company must sign and return the Grant Agreement to RUS – In Process
