Remote Does Not Work/Channels Change On Other TVs

If you are experiencing trouble with your Entone Remote control (you can’t toggle channels, AND/OR when you change channels on one TV and another TV changes, also), please see below.

Your Entone remotes are labeled 1, 2 and 3 on the battery cover. Each remote is assigned to a television, and will not work with any other television other than the one it is assigned. Each remote also has a channel that the associated television must be programmed to.

For Remote 1, the television must be tuned to channel 10. For Remote 2, the television must be tuned to channel 23, and for Remote 3, the television must be tuned to channel 39.

To change the channel that is programmed into your television, press the “TV” button on your remote, and then the correct channel associated with that remote (1=10, 2=23 and 3=39). Then, press the “STB” button on your remote to return to regular channel viewing.

**NOTE: If you have verified that your TV is on the correct channel, and you’re cable isn’t working, then press the “STB” button once then the “Power” button one time. If your cable still isn’t working, please call the Support Department at Cameron Communications.
