Online Bill Pay

Create an account on our portal for account access, bill pay and to set up paperless billing and autopay. To establish a security code for your account, please call Customer Service.

You may view and pay your bill on our portal using an electronic check, debit card, or VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. To avoid additional fees, we recommend signing up for paperless billing with autopay. After signing up for paperless billing, you will receive an email notification when your bill is ready each month.

CPNI is Customer Proprietary Network Information. Fastwyre is required to have customers establish a CPNI password to discuss account information on the phone or to access your account online. A CPNI password can be established by calling Customer Service.

Why am I not getting the exact speed that I’m subscribed to?2023-05-18T01:22:59+00:00

Your speed will be affected by the number of devices on your network and if you are in the process of streaming video, browsing the internet, downloading large files, etc. Enabling automatic updates on your devices may also contribute to slower speeds. Please also be aware that you may have an antiquated device that is not capable of achieving higher speeds. If your speeds seem unusually slow, please visit our Technical Support page
